What we want you to know before you commit
Read the terms before you fund
This is a credit purchase, not a donation or investment. It is not tax-deductible. You receive no equity or financial return. Credit is usable only on Kilawatt, does not expire, and cannot be transferred or resold. Early notice is a notice, not a reservation of machines.
We route jobs across multiple infrastructure suppliers and refund failed launches automatically. We publish every incident, including ones from our own test runs, on the public status page. In one of our own live verification runs, a 2-card B300 machine was healthy about 17 seconds after the paid request was received. We are an early-stage platform, and we would rather you read the status page before you pay than after.
