Live and working.
The orchestration layer, automatic failover and automatic refunds for launches that never become usable are in production.
Founding Members
Kilawatt Cloud is building the infrastructure through which autonomous software procures and pays for GPU compute. Founding Members commit early, receive prepaid compute credit and recognition, and help shape the platform while it is still being formed.
The x402 ecosystem
Organizations that have publicly announced membership of the x402 Foundation at the Linux Foundation. Kilawatt Cloud builds on the open x402 standard.
The thesis
Autonomous software agents are beginning to purchase the resources they run on without a human in the loop. Compute is the first and largest of those purchases, and it is where the market is least prepared. Single-supplier clouds have little incentive to route a failing workload to a competitor, so reliability remains the unsolved constraint. Kilawatt Cloud exists to solve it: one interface across multiple infrastructure suppliers, automatic failover when one refuses or fails a job, and payment that settles in seconds through the x402 protocol.

Operating record
Live and working.
The orchestration layer, automatic failover and automatic refunds for launches that never become usable are in production.
Agent-native payments.
x402 settlement on the Base network is live, and our Model Context Protocol server lets an agent request a quote, launch a job, check its status and pay for it directly.
Radical transparency.
Our status page publishes real uptime and every incident, including the ones from our own test runs. We would rather you verify us than trust us.
Enterprise machinery built.
Contract, dedicated-capacity, service-credit and invoicing systems are built and tested, and are switched on only as agreements are signed.
Independent by design.
Kilawatt Cloud is self-funded and privately held. It has no outside investors and no obligations to anyone but its customers.
Early, and we say so.
We are an early-stage company. Enterprise commercial relationships are only now beginning, and we do not hold third-party security certifications today.
A letter from the founder
Every infrastructure shift rewards the participants who commit before it is obvious. The cloud era was won by the firms that trusted it early, and the agent era will be won the same way. Software that can decide, transact and act on its own needs somewhere dependable to run, and it needs a way to pay for that without waiting for a purchase order.
I built Kilawatt Cloud because I saw that gap clearly. A single supplier can never be a neutral guarantor of its own capacity. A routing layer that sits above all of them can. When one supplier is out of stock or a machine fails to start, our platform moves the work, returns the money, and publishes what happened. That discipline is unglamorous, and it is exactly what an enterprise running autonomous workloads will pay for.
We are early, and I will not pretend otherwise. What we offer Founding Members is not a promise of a market that has not arrived. It is a place at the table while the table is being built: prepaid capacity on a platform engineered for reliability, written access by email to the person building it, and a voice in what we build next. Members who join now are, in a real sense, the first customers of the layer that autonomous commerce will rely on.
If that future interests you, I would be glad to build it with you.

Before you commit
Founding Membership is a purchase of prepaid services and recognition. It is not an investment, a loan or a purchase of ownership. Members receive no equity, stock, profit share, voting right or information right in Right Recruit LLC, and no member is a partner of Kilawatt Cloud. It is not tax-deductible. Statements about our plans and the future of the market are expectations, not guarantees, and actual results may differ. Capacity is sold subject to availability, and early notice is not a reservation of machines. The written Founding Member Agreement you receive before you pay sets out all terms. Kilawatt Cloud is a trade name of Right Recruit LLC.
