That discipline is what let me build Kilawatt Cloud around a single, uncompromising principle: raw performance belongs in the hands of the builders, not gatekept behind quota tickets, reservation minimums, and bills nobody can reconcile.

What started as a GPU orchestration layer is becoming something bigger: the counterparty enterprises call when they need real, dedicated capacity, and don't want to negotiate with a dozen suppliers to get it. When a company needs sixty-plus nodes of frontier-class GPUs locked down for a year, Kilawatt works across its provider network to source available capacity, price the build, and stand behind the engagement, with zero capital risk carried by the client and the underlying supplier never exposed. That's not a marketplace feature. That's a business model, and it's the direction I'm taking this company.

Underneath it is an orchestration layer over real GPU providers. Every job is priced from live provider cost, pre-authorized in full before a single node is contacted, failed over automatically when a provider refuses, metered every fifteen minutes, and recorded in an append-only ledger even we cannot rewrite. Agents pay directly over x402 on Base. That's the product, and all of it is verifiable, because I don't build things I can't prove.
